Jalif is a pirate in the world of eve-online. He fights in lowsec against others to ransom or kill them. He goes alone but when its possible or he feels like it he goes with some friends.

Why an blog? Well, I got also some skills in video editing but my computer can’t hold it when I record my fights. So a blog with additional screenshots will do fine for my purpuse.

After a few blogs I saw already that people who aren’t a pirate have a very diffrent vision about pirates in general & about me. I would like to show people that I like to play the game in a diffrent way then they do.

My in game name is Brinelan, also known as Scott when not in game.

I have been playing MMO’s since around 1999 with Ultima Online. I went with Everquest back in 2000 and played that for about 7 years. I did the raiding thing back in Kunark and Velious expansion era in EQ1, and from then it was mostly non raiding stuff since leaving the army. I am currently enjoying EVE and Everquest 2.

I maintain the web sites for my Eve corp, Victory Not Vengeance, and my Everquest 2 guild Revelry and Honor.

Outside of game, I am a Senior Sales Trainer for Verizon Wireless. I enjoy technology, so this is a great job since I get to learn about all the products we offer and get to teach others about them.

I have a wife, Sarah and 2 boys Caleb (2 1/2) and Daniel (1). We live in Connecticut.
