Well, I did notifiy CCP in the way of a petition for harassment. GM Mackayle was very kind in informing me that he had not done anything that violated the EULA as nothing has happened in game. He did recommend what many people have told me, to contact the police, which I have done. It's being dealt with.

Anyway I would notify CCP, not that they can do anything but they might start a file on them.

I have no idea. I am continually amazed of the level to which some irrational people will take things. This guy really needs to calm down and accept that this is just a game.

Now, if he came to me and apologized for what he has said, I would of course listen. He can resolve this real world personal attack if he so wishes to do so.
