The major item in this patch is the autopilot changes, mainly the ability to add systems to an exclude list. This coupled with three new gates in empire will allow you to avoid having to pass through Jita.
It’s the hope that this will help to relieve the lag and overcrowing that occurs in Jita. It should work well.

You can still dock at the station, it’s functional in game, however, it does look like it took one hell of a hit.
